RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase date on full priced merchandise. Original shipping and return shipping charges will not be refunded. All SALE items are final sale and not eligible for store credit or exchange. No exceptions will be made. Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in store, please bring receipt.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, shoes must be unworn. Handbags must be in original packing and in new condition. For exchanges, please call or email us within 10 days of receiving your order at 831.625.1382 or tess@lloydsshoes.com to reserve a new item.

Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer but the customer will be responsible for shipping the original merchandise back to Lloyd’s Shoes. Once the original purchase is received, the new item will be shipped to the customer. To return or exchange item(s), send purchases, insured for the full value of the item(s), in original packing with invoice to the following address:
